Russ Gannon

Bio

A former DJ for 92.5 “The River”, Russell made the transition from radio to acting several years ago as an extra in The Game Plan. Discovering a love of acting, he began serious training with the Michael Chekhov Actor’s Studio of Boston. Since that time, he has worked on several local films, television shows and even theater, recently appearing as the lead in The Concord Player’s production of Night Watch. Russell made his television debut in 2013 with the Lifetime film Sins of the Preacher, in the role of the Church Deacon. Russell can also be heard in several episodes of Frontline on PBS as a narrator/translator.
